MTV was generous enough to release a teaser for the final season of Teen Wolf. The teaser is the first eight minutes of episode 1 and it's a tiny bit exciting.


The episode begins with Liam and Hayden (Layden) trying to have a date night but failing as their car has a flat with no jack and no spare tire. Their night gets a little interesting when a seemingly empty car drives towards them. In the car, Liam finds a scared child looking for his parents with no memory of how he lost them.

Meanwhile, Sciles is chasing down a very important thief who stole helium but they lose him. Sheriff Stilinki subtly tells the boys that they don’t need them but Stiles is not having any of that. He gets excited when his father calls for help and he literally screamed “THEY NEED US”.

 You gotta love Stiles.

At the station, Scott helps the boy remember by digging through his memory. They realize that his parents were taken by a dark horse rider and the horse rider would be back for the boy.



For its final season, it looks like Jeff Davis' ultimate plan is to play on our heartstrings. Other than the fact that everyone’s favorite character Stiles is taken and forgotten (probably meaning he wont be a regular this season) and his confession to Lydia that he loves her, there’s really not much to look forward to.


We know that the pack will defeat whatever is coming and most likely lose one or two of their members in the process but what lies in the middle doesn’t seem quite attractive. Teen Wolf lost its mojo after Season 3B and it breaks our hearts to see it fumble for two seasons to get its footing back.

 But we watch still... for Stiles.
