Gather round 9-5ers and general busy bees, Gigi Hadid has a stress-relief tip for you.


Who can understand stress better than supermodel and International Model of the Year 2016 Gigi Hadid? In an interview for her #PerfectNever Reebok campaign, the 21-year-old revealed to StyleCaster editor Hilary George-Parkin that she is always working or on her way to work.

 “If I’m not working on a day, it’s because I’m in a plane flying somewhere else to do another job,” she said

Even though Hadid's trainer Rob Piela let on that boxing is a great way of letting off steam, we can't exactly start punching the air in our cubicles can we? So what's Gigi's very effective stress relief method that can be done anywhere - even on the toilet seat?

She simply talks the stress away.


What’s helped me is taking time to just talk to people—talk it out,” she says. “That’s why my friends come into play a lot. Whenever I feel like I can just call them and vent and get some reassurance that I need, that really, really helps me. Just to find people that know what you’re going through—or even if they don’t, just to be able to talk to someone is really important.”

But what of us chronic texters? Are we shunned from this probably-effective method of relieving stress? Gigi goes on to clarify


 “I do text, but I just like talking,” she says. “I think that projecting it is a release of energy that’s really important. And crying’s important [laughs]. Like, even if I’m not sad about something, just when I get overwhelmed, I’m like ahhh. Just to let it out is really good.”
