Blindspot definitely had a good run this season so it’s understandable that the show wants another run. While Blindspot had its best and worst moments – with Jane and Roman scenes definitely being the best, the final scene of Season 2 felt… a little forced. 

We started the season with Jane in CIA custody and somehow ended a whopping two years later with Jane living out on a mountain, obviously hiding out from everyone she loves and Kurt coming to find her (with a wedding band on his finger no less), telling her everyone has been kidnapped (possibly by Roman)  and the mission is something that can only be solved by both of them. 

To further prove that, the box he has with Jane's name on it open when they both touch it, a bird hologram appears and when placed next to Jane's neck tattoo, it activates a whole new level of tattoos by lighting Jane up!

It’s all just a little too much. And while  I have no doubt that the show will be able to do better in Season 3, the final scene gave the vibe that the show actually didn’t expect to be renewed and the writers had to work overnight to quickly piece together a “cliffhanger”.

Well here’s two things we know for sure:

  • a. Jane and Weller got married and something went very very wrong
  • b. Nas is a pretty darn good dresser. with her body con dresses and thigh-high boots; the woman is pretty badass even though some of us held on pretty tight to the theory that she was somehow working for Sandstorm.
